We were blown away by our stay at this amazing apartment! It was small but super comfortable and had the perfect location. The bed was so cozy and big enough for us and our little boy. The powerful AC was a lifesaver in the heat, and the owners were incredibly kind and respectful of our privacy while still giving us great tips. And let's talk about the view. jaw-dropping! You have to see it for yourself!

everything here felt perfect, it was a such wonderful stay for lazy holidays. its location was stunning, 10 minutes drive from archaeological museum.

Great beachfront location, close to restaurants and bars. Makau restaurant in the building is a must-try, with beach beds available. Conveniently located for exploring Larnaca. Car rental offices nearby with affordable rates. Enjoy your stay!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is jaw-dropping with stunning views of the sea and the beach. It's super quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to town with just a 20-minute walk. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The apartment is squeaky clean and has everything you could possibly need, including a first aid kit. The sunrise views every morning were just breathtaking. And to top it off, there's a coffee shop on the ground floor that serves the best coffee, fresh orange juice, and breakfast sandwiches. I fully recommend this place for an amazing holiday experience!

I always return to my favorite place in Larnaca. The friendly staff helped me find my way on my first stay. This perfect spot has Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Beach access, and No smoking on site. Ideal for my city break. No regrets.

The apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, AC, and a balcony with a sea view. The cleanliness was on point with sufficient towels and amenities provided. Plus, the early check-in option was a big bonus.

Although the studio had everything I needed, the furniture and equipment could have been in better condition considering the price.

Stayed at Stadem Studios and was pleasantly surprised by the small yet comfortable apartment. the location was perfect for a quiet holiday with our little boy. the bed was large and comfortable, allowing us to co, sleep with our two, year, old. Despite the 40, degree heat, the powerful AC kept us cool throughout the week. the owners were kind and attentive, providing great tips without invading our privacy. And the view from the apartment was simply breathtaking. Definitely recommend checking it out for yourself!

I recently stayed at Stadem Studios for a week-long vacation and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right on the beach and away from the busy city center. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave. The balcony with a small table and chairs offered a magnificent view of the ocean. The hosts, Katerina and Marios, were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I especially appreciated their assistance with an early check-in. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.
